The role will involve working across different areas of digital marketing, including social media, video production, content, SEO, websites, performance marketing, advertising, branding, and other digital initiatives, while working closely with clients and the respective internal teams based in Kochi/Calicut. A key part of the role will be understanding each client's business, audience, industry, objectives, and market, and contributing creative concepts, content ideas, campaign ideas, and digital marketing strategies that are relevant to their business and current market trends. The person will have particularly strong involvement in UAE-based social media and video production activities, including planning shoots, identifying locations and talent, coordinating with influencers, managing production activities, and ensuring content is delivered and approved on time. The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, client-friendly, organised, and comfortable working across multiple areas of digital marketing. They should be able to understand the bigger picture of a client's digital presence while contributing practical ideas and helping different internal teams execute them effectively.

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing professional to join our Dubai office and support the growth of SpiderWorks in the UAE and wider Middle East market. The UAE will be the primary market for this role. The person will also contribute to identifying opportunities, developing marketing strategies, and supporting business expansion across other Middle Eastern markets as SpiderWorks grows its regional presence. The primary responsibility will be to actively manage, follow up, and convert inbound leads generated through SpiderWorks' SEO and digital marketing activities. The role will also involve business development through LinkedIn outreach, networking, events, prospecting, and other relevant channels. The person will also act as an important bridge between UAE clients and the internal team based in India, ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and project execution even after a sale is closed.
